In the United States alone 36.5% of all households have dogs as pets and 30.4% of all households have cats as pets. I am personally a dog and cat owner and can testify to the joys and stresses of pet ownership.
But what about the stress on our pets?
Since the time when we domesticated these amazing animals they’ve grown to be completely dependent on us; not only for their physical well being, but their emotional needs as well. Its been proven that our own moods and mental health have a direct effect on our pets. Our stresses become their stresses, and if you’ve adopted an older dog or a rescue you must consider the anxiety of the life they had before they were in your care. 
Pets are members of our families and like any family member we want what’s best for them. As it turns out, what’s best for us to reduce our stress, anxiety and chronic pain is also best for them. I’m referring to CBD.
